Journalling with rolls of 35mm
I'm not very good at journalling, but my therapist says it's worth trying nonetheless. What I am good at is finding excuses to take a photo; to me that's like a form of therapy. So taking at least one photo every day has become my way of doing a little journal. I document my life and express myself with photos.
